“Glück auf” (good luck) and welcome to Lengefeld, a small picturesque town in the heart of the Ore Mountains. Hotel Waldesruh is in a quiet and green location, directly on the edge of a forest and with a beautiful view over the low mountain range.
We, the Nieschalk family, have created a place where you can relax, enjoy yourself and celebrate. The hotel welcomes you as a “genuine Ore Mountain country inn” with warm hospitality and rustic cuisine in a country style that is typical for the region.

Indulge your senses and palate– traditional dishes from the Ore Mountains, seasonal treats from the saucepan and casserole as well as vegan and vegetarian creations with a love of detail – a truly heavenly delight at an altitude of 600 metres. The three cosy parlours “Landhaus”, “Bergmannskaue” and “Gute Stube” as well as the bright, airy and sunny panorama restaurant invite you to try our fare, from “Buttermilchgetzen” (buttermilk pancakes) through to “Riesenwindbeutel” (giant cream puffs). With predominantly regional recipes and ingredients, our kitchen staff will conjure up a culinary experience with a difference in any season. We can also offer a wide variety of vegetarian dishes.
